We recommend you gradually acclimate to our insoles. Please wear in 2-3 hour increments and increase daily until they feel natural. TheraSoles will improve the blood circulation to your feet which may make them feel warm. This is normal and will adjust quickly. TheraSoles massaging insoles may feel "Weird" the first time you wear them. This is normal and will subside and will be replaced with comfort.

I am a vendor at one of the trade shows and recently seen a booth with this product. The banner caught my eye because it almost had everything listed that i have so i had to purchase. After wearing them for two days straight, i almost want to cry tears of relief and happiness because my feet have not been so pain free for almost 2 years. I have gone to the foot doctor and been given injections several times and the only real option that was left for me was foot surgery. That is no longer a consideration after these insoles! I cant remember the last time my feet have been pain free. I love the movement of the gel and how i can massage my feet by rocking them.
